How To Form LLC in Oregon

Secretary of State office with the filing fee. The fee for the domestic LLC is $ 100 and fee for the foreign LLC is $ 275.

How To File:

1. It is advised to perform a Business Entity Search of the Secretary of State database of Oregon before filing the application for either new LLC or registering the existing entity. To reserve the Operating Name for 120 days, you can file the Application for Name Reservation with a filing fee of $ 100.

2. Once the name is chosen for the business, you can start the registration process by either using the online filing process or by downloading the PDF application. From the following options, select one of the options to view the required information to be submitted.

3. The filing process must be completed with filing fee of $ 100 for domestic and $ 275 for foreign. The fee for filing through mail is paid in favor of Corporation Division and attach the check to the filing forms. Foreign entities must include a certificate of good standing.
